This is to inform you the trouble that our school are now involved with.
Recently we confirmed the invoice for admission fee and translation fee that we never issue. This invoice was issued without any permission of our school. We also confirmed the fact that the remittance was done to the person who is not related with our school.
Please remember that our school never charge any fee in advance before the issue of Certificate of Eligibility (COE). And we’d like to ask you a favor to inform our payment policy to your students.
Your positive understanding of our request would help us a great deal.
